Delivery Schedule
Orders must be placed and fully paid by 6 p.m. the day before delivery. Orders received after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Delivery spaces are limited. If a route is full, we will contact you to arrange the next available date. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Preorder items must arrive before delivery can be scheduled.
Selecting Local Delivery
Choose the appropriate delivery option at checkout and provide your complete address, mobile number, and any access or drop-off instructions.
If the incorrect delivery rate is selected or your order does not meet the minimum, we will contact you before scheduling delivery to arrange any adjustment or discuss shipping instead.
All NeeDoh purchase limits apply to delivery orders.
Receiving Your Order
Please provide a safe, accessible place to leave your package. You will receive a text confirmation once your order has been delivered.
If we cannot safely access your address or leave your package, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Weather or unexpected disruptions may require rescheduling; we will notify you of any changes.
Shipping & Pickup
Standard shipping is available for smaller orders, addresses beyond our delivery area, or customers who prefer shipping. Shipping may be more economical than extended delivery.
Maditude is online only. Local pickup is not available.
